Meeting Rooms
The Royal Victoria Yacht Club has five meeting rooms of varying sizes available for rent for functions of different sizes. All are located in the nicely furbished clubhouse building on the waterfront of Cadboro Bay, with ample parking and pleasant nautical surroundings. A variety of catering options are available.
Food & beverage can be prearranged for meetings with events coordinator prior to meeting otherwise food & beverage is self serve. Food services are available from Wednesday to Sunday
Meeting Rooms include the following:
Upper Level Meeting Room:
Lower Level Meeting Rooms:
Chatham Room: board-style meeting room with wifi and conference phone, flip chart stand on request. Capacity 14 people.
Meeting Room #1 – Trophy room: Theater or classroom style-set-up, with wifi, blackboard, flip chart stand on request. Capacity: 25 people in a classroom setting, 14 people in a boardroom setting.
Meeting Room #2: Theater or classroom style-set-up with wifi, flip chart stand on request. Capacity: 50 people.
Main Lounge or Outside Patios for Various Functions
The Royal Victoria Yacht Club has facilities and catering for events such as weddings, receptions, parties, presentations, lectures, seminars and meetings in the main lounge, with lovely water views, and on the waterfront patio.
Main Lounge for Meetings: The room can be set to a maximum of 110 for theatre-style or 80 for classroom seating. AV equipment is available at an added cost.
Main Lounge Catered for Cocktail Appetisers: Lounge-style setting with small buffet stations. Maximum capacity 150 people depending on room set-up.
Main Lounge with Porch Catered for Meals: Can be set-up with round tables for eight or rectangular tables for 10 with seating for up to 110 people. Buffet will be set up in dining room for maximum capacity.
